This Week at Mayflower

 1. Parent Teacher Conferences: Thursday, March 5 and Friday, March 6.

Schedule posted on each classroom bulletin board. Classrooms close at 11:30 AM on Thursday and there is no school on Friday.  During your actual conference, if you bring your children with you, we will care for them in Nap Room 1.  Full day childcare for Thursday afternoon and Friday are full, and those who have signed up will receive a separate email.

 2.  MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  How Sweet It Is - Saturday, March 21st.  Mayflower's annual fundraiser is an evening of sweets (baked by you!), walls of wine (donated by you!), raffles, auctions and more!
There are several ways to get involved this year:
* Volunteer on a planning committee
* Help on the evening of the event
* Donate an item for the raffle or silent auction
* Attend!

3.  We need auction and raffle items!  Do you have season tickets to a sporting event or theater seats?  Would you be willing to donate one game or show?  How about a summer cabin with an open weekend?  Do you have a business, hobby or talent (of course you do!)... Photography? Personal training? Graphic design? Snow removal? Household repair?  Or maybe you have a friend, family member or neighbor that does?  Please consider donating your time or services to a great cause!
Please contact any of the co-chairs for more info and to get involved in any way:
